Taking One Day At A Time

Well Today is Saturday and I've been up since 5:30 am .. I must be insane .. I could sleep in but oh..no my body's clock says get up.. so I'M UP..

Well still at 14 lbs according to my scale and I'm okay with that for now ...but my goal for MONDAY is 15 or 16 lbs .. Yesterday I had approximately 680 calories .. one plate lunch with veggies and roast beef .. and fruit with milk ..than later one boiled egg..

I think I actually would have lost if I hadn't eaten that last bite of food so late at night..

Well I guess I'm wide awake now.. so I'm going to go fix some coffee and get dressed .. talk to you later.. WML
