Taking One Day At A Time
Today is Monday and the start of a NEW work week.. YUK But 'it is what it is'.. haha .. I weighed 18.5 lbs down this morning so at least that is good I'm holding my weight .. but I want to get to 20.0 lbs down this week .. I think it might help to drop the calorie intake a bit but I don't know. I am actually impressed that its staying off considering what all I have been through these past two weeks..
I've got to work today and then hopefully will come home and work on this house.. I hope someone does my yard while I am at work it looks a mess. Haha
